GREETINGS!
Good morning to all from a rainy (yes, rainy!!!) morning in South Carolina. I know we are all still reflecting on the beauty of Christmas and all that it means to us: enjoying friends, family, and feeling that special kind of love that is so abundant during this season. Hopefully, the Spirit of Christmas will linger throughout the New Year.
Trying out a new recipe this morning from the Wal-Mart ad (in a recent issue of the Lancaster News) turned out fairly well. It was the Unbeatable (that’s debatable) Christmas Brunch Frittata. Pat and Bennett rated it well! So, it may go in my keeper file! (Let me know if you’d like the recipe.) Of course, anything would be enhanced served up next to Martha Welsh’s scrumptious banana nut bread!
Merry Christmas again, and love to everyone!

Congratulations, Velta! This looks like a wonderful way to communicate -- it's my first time to blog. Seems very much like email, doesn't it? I'm way behind the times, so can you explain the difference? Just curious.
I would just LOVE to have the Frittata recipe. I have only had the ones at Stax and I think they are great.
Wonderful picture of you, Velta. You're so pretty and so sweet, so it is great to have that attached.
Hope you enjoy your new toy!
Love,
Sue
